Kings Theatre

In 2013, The Projects Group (TPG) was engaged to provide Owner's Representation services during the construction phase of the renovation-restoration project, helping procure owner-direct contracts for the historic King's Theatre in Brooklyn, New York.
What was once a movie theatre is now a 3,600-seat venue for live events such as concerts, theatrical productions, dance, performing arts, comedy shows, and community events. The original theatre was expanded from 85,000 SF to 105,000 SF, including a two-story addition to the back of the theatre stage.
